National Apartment Leasing Professional of the Year

Last night Josh & I attended the Greater Nashville Apartment Association's annual awards banquet with my coworkers. It was a fun night. Both of my apartment communities won first place in the Beautification category and 3rd place for Best Model. Another highlight was the award I received... National Apartment Leasing Professional of the Year.

Since most of you probably don't know what National Apartment Leasing Professional means... I'll explain. It's a designation multifamily professionals earn from the National Apartment Association. I also have one other designation that I received earlier this year... Certified Apartment Manager or CAM. Both of these designations involve taking numerous classes, taking tests and doing a presentation or project at the end.
